Minutes of a meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE, Arlesey Town Council held in the Village Hall, Arlesey on Tuesday 6 December 2011. It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on the 15 November 2011 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman as a true record. 81 MATTERS ARISING There were no matters arising from the previous meeting. 82 PLANNING DECISION CB/11/03508/ADV – Advertisement: Externally illuminated advertisement board fixed to west elevation – Acre Wood Day Nursery, 47 Hospital Road, Arlesey SG15 6RH – GRANTED It was RESOLVED to note planning decision 82 83 CHANGE OF PROPERTY NAME Correspondence received from the Head of Building Control and Albion Archaeology at Central Bedfordshire Council confirming change of name to a residential property in Hitchin Road. It was RESOLVED to note the change of property name to Hollow Tree Farm, 210 Hitchin Road, Arlesey SG15 6SE 84 CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL The correspondence received from the Major Projects Officer – Economic Growth, informed the Town Council of the six week consultation on the planning and development briefs that set out a planning and development framework to guide the redevelopment for two sites in Leighton Buzzard.
