(c) Mid Beds District Council – Review of Settlement Envelopes in Mid Bedfordshire

The Council agreed that the following areas should be included in the envelope: The Cemetery, The Hermitage, Mill Lane. Chase House and Cricketers Road. The land adjacent to St John’s Road and across to Pix Green should be considered at a later date. It was felt the settlement envelope should be discussed at the next Town Plan meeting

(d) Beds County Council – Copy of the Guidance to producing a local rights of way improvement plan publication.

An inspiring guide to enable P3 groups and others throughout Bedfordshire to use their local knowledge of their parish and of working as part of a wider community to think about ways of improving and changing current access routes and considering new routes that would help to enable  access and enjoyment of the countryside. An opportunity to inform the local highway authority of changes you would like to make as a community by producing a local Rights of Way Improvement Plan.

The Council agreed that this should be taken to the next Town Plan Meeting
