Cllr I Dalgarno, as he is also a Central Bedfordshire Councillor, took no part in the voting on the planning application agenda item 6

There was no public participation 

Members received a copy of the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 1 March 2011.

RESOLVED 

that the Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on the 1 March 2011 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

There were no matters arising from the previous meeting. 

586 PLANNING APPLICATION

CB/11/00240/FULL – Change of use Unit 6 to Sui Generis to provide servicing and maintenance of coaches with associated on site parking (retrospective) – Unit 6, Arlesey Business Park, Mill Lane, Arlesey SG15 6RF

Recommended: to approve this proposal no objections from the Town Council
