RESOLVED 

that the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 4 March 2008 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman as a true record

146 MATTERS ARISING

Cllr Harper handed out the Mid Beds District Council Guidance Document: Dealing with Racist Representations on Gypsies and Travellers. He also reminded members about the Local Development Framework Exhibition which was to be held in Arlesey Village Hall the following day 19 March 2008

(a) 07/02184/FULL - Full: Variation of Masterplan and Urban Design Strategy approved 21.02.2003 pursuant to condition 4 of Outline Application 00/01151/OUT - Comprehensive development to enable the restoration and re-use of the former Fairfield Hospital, including up to 853 residential dwellings (including conversions, affordable housing and close care), demolition of two existing dwellings, provision of open space, B1 managed workspace, one form entry lower school, retail floor space (600 sq/m), community centre and related highway works, footpath, cycleways and bridleways – dated 02.02.2002 – relating to the provision of additional tennis court, new bowls pavilion, informal junior football pitch, retention of existing orchard, retention of and extension to Icknield House – Land and Sports Grounds to the South of Former Fairfield Hospital, Hitchin Road, Stotfold
