558 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

Members received a copy of the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 4 January 2011.

RESOLVED 

that the Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on the 4 January 2011 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman as a true record.

562 CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL – STREET NAMING AND NUMBERING

An application for the proposed Street Naming and Numbering was considered for the new development at the Three Tuns, 86 High Street, Arlesey SG15 6SN

RESOLVED

1. that the road is named Three Tuns Close

2. numbering 1 – 7 into the new road name                

563 GYPSY AND TRAVELLER CONSULTATION

            Cllr Hugh Harper reported that the response to the Gypsy and Traveller Development Plan Document must be in when the consultation closes on 2 February 2011.  He proposed that the response should be based on what has already been said in the Steering Group letters that have gone out to Arlesey residents.  

RESOLVED 

            that Cllr Harper and the Clerk base the Town Council’s response to the Gypsy and Traveller Consultation on the objections raised in the Steering Group letters.
