Planning Application 6 (c) 08/00703/FULL – Full: Single storey front extension and entrance canopy – Nursery School, High Street, Arlesey SG15 6SN – a disclosure of personal interest was received from Cllr Mrs H Frost as she is on the Nursery School’s governing body

Planning Application 6 (b) 08/00998/FULL – Full: Single storey side extension – 3 Jubilee Crescent, Arlesey SG15 6SB – A disclosure of personal and prejudicial interests were received from Cllr D West as he is an Aragon tenant and is a committee member on the Aragon Housing Association. 

Cllr H Harper, as District Councillor, took no part in the voting on the planning applications agenda items 6 (a) to 6 (c)

(a) 08/00821/FULL – Full: First floor side extension – 6 Church Lane, Arlesey SG15 6UL  

Recommended: to approve subject to neighbours being consulted and their comments taken into consideration, otherwise no objections from the Town Council

(b) 08/00998/FULL – Full: Single storey side extension – 3 Jubilee Crescent, Arlesey SG15 6SB

Recommended: to approve subject to neighbours being consulted and their comments taken into consideration, otherwise no objections from the Town Council

            The Chairman read out an email message from Andrew Marsh, Planning Officer (Policy and Strategy) of the Bedfordshire and Luton Minerals and Waste Development Framework, thanking the Town Council for its response to the proposed additional sites WSD53 and MD50.  It stated the Town Council’s comments will be registered and will contribute towards their assessments of the sites as they prepare the waste “preferred options” documents, and minerals draft submission documents.  The Town Council will receive notification when the documents are published for consultation.
