Minutes of a meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE, Arlesey Town Council held in the Village Hall, Arlesey on Tuesday 18 October 2011. PRESENT: Cllrs: N Daniels (Chairman) M Rainbow Mrs H Frost Mrs J Rencontre C Howitt D West D Page A White Also present: Mrs E Hare (Clerk) and four members of the public 56 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE An apology for absence was received from Cllr Ms T Osborne. 57 MEMBERS’ INTERESTS No declarations of personal or prejudicial interests were received. 58 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION There was no public participation. 59 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING Members received a copy of the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 11 October 2011. It was RESOLVED that the Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on the 11 October 2011 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman as a true record. 60 MATTERS ARISING There were no matters arising from the previous meeting. 61 PLANNING APPLICATION (a) CB/11/03508/ADV – Advertisement: Externally illuminated advertisement board fixed to west elevation – Acre Wood Day Nursery, 47 Hospital Road, Arlesey SG15 6RH Recommended: to approve this proposal subject to neighbour’s comments being taken into consideration, otherwise no objections from the Town Council (b) CB/11/335/FULL – Creation of boardwalk and 2 No. culverts to facilitate the creation of a new public access route – Land to the East of the River Hiz, Arlesey.
