ARLESEY TOWN COUNCIL Minutes of a meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE, Arlesey Town Council held in the Village Hall, Arlesey on Tuesday 17 May 2011. Nominated: Cllr H Harper Proposed: Cllr D West Seconded: Cllr Mrs L Bowskill RESOLVED that Cllr Hugh Harper is elected as the Chairman of the Planning Committee for the subsequent year. 2 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE There were no apologies for absence. 3 ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN Cllr Harper invited proposals for Vice-Chairman Nominated: Cllr N Daniels Proposed: Cllr D West Seconded: Cllr M Rainbow RESOLVED that Cllr Nick Daniels is elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee for the subsequent year. 4 MEMBERS INTERESTS No declarations of personal or prejudicial interests were received. Cllr I Dalgarno, as he is also a Central Bedfordshire Councillor, took no part in the voting on the planning application agenda item 8. 5 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION There was no public participation 6 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING Prior to the meeting Members received a copy of the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 19 April 2011.
